History:
Note: Agent Oliver Ventrue was referred to as “agent Ventrue” throughout this document; however, his identity as a foundation agent was not given until he was officially accepted as a member of the foundation.


Agent Oliver Ventrue claims to be born in ███, ████████, North Ireland. In 19█, he was arrested by local police in ████, California as the suspect of a series of murder. He was trailed in █████, and sentenced to prison for 32 years. After murdering 2 of his cellmates and 3 of the guards, his sentence was prolonged to one lifetime; after continuous attempt of murdering and injuring his cellmates, guards, and other staffs in the fertility, he was eventually sentences to death.
After his final sentence, agent Ventrue was noticed and accepted by the Foundation as a class D personal. During the process of transportation to Site- █, the vehicle carrying class D personals including agent Ventrue was attacked during the incident of the contamination breach of SCP-██. During the incident, the vehicle was damaged severely and the 18 passengers were all killed except agent Ventrue. Agent Ventrue, under untrained condition, successfully temporarily disabled SCP-██, and prevent 3 foundation agents, including clearance level 3 personal agent N███ Milan, from being [DATA EXPUNGED]. After the incident, foundation agents has found no sign of agent Ventrue’s survival.
Eight months later, a series of murder was reported in the same region, and thus the foundation sent multiple field agents to participate in the investigation. Agents at scene reported massive blood loss and sign of [DATA EXPUNGED] on the victim’s body. Agent Ventrue was captured during a search for the murderer. He was since then brought back to a foundation facility for medical examination, primarily aiming to investigate the impact of direct exposure to SCP-██. The result showed both physical and psychological anomaly. The detailed report can be found in the Addendum of this document; briefly stated, the result conclude that agent venture’s body requires, for both physical and psychological reason, daily insertion of blood. The source of blood is not specifically set. Notably, agent Ventrue’s subjective will tend to reject the blood-lust, but it was clear that such urge was, quoted form Dr. ███, beyond human control.
After examination, agent Ventrue was held captive in foundation facility, and was planned to be executed via routine execution with class D personals. By the request of agent N███ Milan, however, he was kept alive and listed as a security clearance level 1 personal, with the claim that “someone who can keep himself alive against ██ is good enough to fight for us.” Despite disagreement, agent Ventrue was since then included as a member of the combat unit of agent N███ Milan. Eight months later, during the containment breach of SCP-███, agent Ventrue was pulled out of the combat unit which lost 8 members, and officially promoted as a clearance level 2 personal.
Currently, agent Ventrue was assigned to Site-CN-██ as a field agent. Notably, his daily schedule was not assigned to any specific project. Due to his specially “talent” shown when treating SCP subjects during containment breach, agent Ventrue is to be fully prepared for any possible emergency situation and to be assigned with the task of securing SCP subjects once containment is breached.
I do not particularly like the way this document describe my job. I do enjoy my so called low-workload office hours, though.
Also, the multiple foods with blood is NOT the only reason for me to be in China. But I do like them. Bite me.
 
Note:
It is highly not recommended to allow agent Ventrue to corporate with other foundation staffs in action. His unstable nature when in contact with blood makes him highly incompatible with any type of team-work, especially when bleeding is possible to appear upon any foundation staff, the SCP or subjects to secure, or agent Ventrue himself.
All personals are only permitted to accept or purchase alcoholic drink produced or provided by agent Venture during his free time when no assignment are given to them. Personals who shows clear sign of excessive drinking or alcoholism are to be forbade from such activity, and are to report to psychological console immediately.

并没有超能力什么的吧……

我个人感觉强调战斗力是很大的问题。当然，一个优秀特工的档案可以包含一些擅长的项目，但是超出常人以致于匪夷所思的能力，即使够不上异常的标准也是不合适的了。即使是Kondraki和Clef的档案在这方面也只是少有提及。

我觉得“有奇怪的冲动和欲望”并不算SCP吧？（如果能够用意念把别人的血抽出来当然算，但生理上的渴血症……）
